Nadia is a director and shareholder of NMI Property Holdings Ltd, NMI Ventures Ltd and NMI PE Investments Ltd. NMI Property Holdings Ltd boasts a wide range of investment properties, with a focus on maximising returns and capital appreciation via value addition, property management and strategic investments.

In her role at NMI Ventures Ltd, Nadia manages and oversees the investment portfolio of this investment holding company, whose current holdings include TaskMaster and the I4 Group. The latter is a specialist outsourced payroll provider with a £50 million turnover.

NMI PE Investments Ltd currently has holdings in the technical recruitment agency CBSbutler, which has a turnover of £40 million and is considered a leader in its field. This company was formed as a result of the merger of two technical recruitment companies and has an aggregated 50 years of experience servicing its industry’s recruitment needs.

Innova Care

Nadia is also the chairperson of Innova Care, which has been providing expert care and support for individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions for more than two decades. Its team supports those with multiple, complex and profound needs and people with challenging behaviour in a property offering friendly and exciting spaces in which to make new friends, telephone home, and explore a range of hobbies and activities. The focus at Innova Care is on encouraging its service users to take control of their lives and move forward in a way that works for them.

Positive Behaviour Support

Innova Care’s services include the support of a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner – these individuals work alongside the home’s staff to ensure and promote mental and emotional wellbeing. Service users also have the opportunity to get involved with regular social events, excursions and outings, with the aim of increasing self-confidence and developing social, communication and life skills. The overall goal is to support individuals as they move towards more independent living.

Education

Having studied globalisation at the University of Warwick from September 2003 to July 2005, Nadia covered topics including global competition law, environmental energy law, international and European legal responses to terrorism, public international law, issues in international criminal law and justice, and international human rights law. She is interested in the arts and collects Asian collectibles and the work of artists including Damien Hirst.
